When you have bad credit, you can apply for an auto loan and later refinance it
to get lower monthly payments. Most lenders will give you a loan with a term ranging
from 24 to 60 months. You may be having bad credit due to losing employment, unexpected
high expenses among others. With bad credit, you cannot apply for normal car loans.
Instead, you have to apply for a
car loan for people with bad credit.
When you are approved for an auto loan bad credit, you can refinance it after 18
months. Refinancing can help you avoid repossession and qualify for lower payments
as you continue to repair your car credit. Your monthly payments will go down because
when you refinance, the number of months you are remaining with to finish paying
off your loan will increase. For example, if you have 36 months left, you can refinance
the loan to over 48 months. While this extends the date that you will finish paying
off your debt, you will have more money for your monthly budget because of the lower
payments. Moreover, it also reduces the chances of you defaulting the loan and being
declared bankrupt.
No credit car loan for people with bad credit can help you to raise
your FICO scores. Every time you make your payments on time, the lender will report
to the credit bureau and your score will be adjusted to reflect the action. With
time, your score will rise and you will be able to get lower rates when you apply
for financing in future.
